Drug repurposing predictions for the United Kingdom using TxGNN knowledge graph.

Overview

UkTxGNN uses graph neural networks to identify potential new therapeutic uses for existing drugs authorised by the UK Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA).
